Michael Keaton, an American actor and director best well-known for Birdman. Being a multi-faceted actor, he is able to perform comedy and dramatic roles. He has also portrayed a few romantic characters and appeared in several action thrillers throughout his career. He was attracted to performing and acting when at the age of teen and attempted stand-up comedy as an adult. Although his comedy career was not successful however, it served as the basis to his acting career. Inability to make it as a comic, he took the job of cameraman for a TV cable channel. He realized his real love was behind the camera while he worked there. After landing a role on TV, he starred on numerous seasons of Mister Rogers Neighborhood. So it was not a surprise the actor quickly gained a following as a well-known TV actor. His comedic performances earned him fame, and he commenced an acting career with high ambitions. The actor became more famous for his role as Batman as the main character in Tim Burton's Batman. In his later years, as a mature actor the actor also began to explore into producing and directing. He won numerous nominations and awards for his performances in the 2014 film Birdman.
